Who Are They?


Our advisory board are titans of industry both internationally and locally. They have helped to shape and provide guidance to date and aim to do so in the future. 

Sir Kenneth Olisa

British businessman, he was the first British-born black man to serve on the Board of a major UK public company (Reuters) and is currently a non executive director of Thomson Reuters. 

Further to this he is the first black Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London. He founded and led the technology merchant bank Interregnum. He is Past Master of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists


Paul Cleal

Paul has been a partner in PwC London since 2001. He has also held a range of leadership positions including Head of Human Capital on the UK Board, leader of the Government & Public Sector practice and more recently on the Leadership Team for PwC Africa.

Melanie Eusebe

Founder Black British Business Awards, Melanie is now a Management Consultant/Strategist with over 18 years experience working for global brands including IBM and Ernst & Young, specialising in business transformation, and working with companies to identify strategic priorities for revenue generation and profitable growth.


John Kerr

Former Vice Chairman of Global Consulting at Deloitte. Before assuming this role in June 2011, he led Consulting in EMEA and was Managing Partner, Talent, for Deloitte UK. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of Consulting globally, from 2003-2007
